Board our high speed, jet-powered, marine mammal friendly boat for your journey into the Alaskan wilderness. Just 50 miles south of Juneau is Tracy Arm Fjords, with stunning views, two tidewater glaciers, and abundant wildlife. Tucked into the majestic coastal mountains, the spectacular Tracy Arm fjord winds its way inland from Stephens Passage for almost thirty miles. This scenic cruise passes by glacier-carved valleys, translucent blue icebergs and waterfalls cascading down vertical rock walls thousands of feet high. All this is a prelude to arrival at the spectacular twin tidewater Sawyer Glaciers.

Tracy Arm lies just south of Juneau, Alaska. Some experts regard it as a more spectacular remnant of the last great Ice Age than Glacier Bay. The scenery is certainly more rugged, with awesome cliffs rising out of inky waters to soar thousands of feet overhead. Waterfalls, wildlflowers, mountain goats, seals, and sea lions are just a few of the sights along the way to twin tidewater glacier.

Orca whale acrobatics. You can never tell what may be seen on our Glacier and Wildlife Cruise.

Wildlife is often spotted along the way into the fjord. Humpback and orca whales are seen in the waters between Juneau and Tracy Arm. We often have the chance to view porpoises, sea lions, humpback and Orca whales, as well as black and brown bears, mountain goats and eagles. Once in the Fjord, watch for mountain goats dancing along the sheer cliff faces high above.

The boat stops in front of the glaciers and you'll marvel at the spectacle of huge chunks of ice falling off the face of the glacier, as your crew serves a hot lunch. Your Tracy Arm Fjord Glacier Cruise will provide memories for a lifetime.
